When will I receive my presale code?

All presale codes will be sent to eligible customers/registrants from 11:00am BST on Tuesday 26th September 2023.

If you have not received your code by 16:00 BST on Tuesday 26th September 2023 please contact presale@umusic.com and the Customer Service team can assist you.

What do I do if I haven't received my presale code?

If you haven't received your presale code, please check your junk/spam folders at first instance. If you’re still unable to locate your code, you can reach out to our Customer Service team by emailing presale@umusic.com and they’ll do their best to help you.

What do I do if I can no longer access the email address - I used to register for my presale code?

A presale code will be allocated to every email address used to register, so even if you have made a typo in the email address or you can no longer access it, a code has been created.

Don't worry; you can contact our Customer Service team by emailing presale@umusic.com and they'll do their best to provide your code.

What do I do if I experience technical issues when purchasing tickets?

This may be due to the volume of people accessing the ticketing website. If you do not receive an on screen ‘booking confirmed’ message then your booking will unfortunately not have gone through.

It will take up to 20 minutes for the site to acknowledge your code was unsuccessful, so please keep trying to get back in again.

I was unable to purchase a ticket. What do I do?

Only a limited number of presale tickets are currently available for the tour, and due to overwhelming demand, they can sell out very quickly. As outlined in our T&Cs, the unique presale code doesn't guarantee tickets, only access for the chance to purchase pre-sale tickets.

If you are unable to purchase pre-sale tickets, you may have the opportunity to purchase tickets in the general sale which takes place from 09:30am BST on Friday 29th September 2023. All ticket access is subject to availability while currently available inventory lasts.

I have only received one code, but I made multiple orders?

Presale codes are limited to one code per email address.

I registered on the No Purchase Necessary (NPN) form; how can I check if I'll receive the code?

Is my Presale Code Valid to use across all U.K. & Ireland Tour Dates?

Your presale code will grant you access to presale tickets across all dates and locations for the U.K. and Ireland.

Please note the presale code will not be valid on dates outside of the U.K. and Ireland. Presale codes can only be used once and further attempts to use your presale code after a successful purchase of tickets will not be valid. You can view the Presale code terms and conditions here.
