What do I do if I experience technical issues when purchasing tickets?
This may be due to the volume of people accessing the ticketing website. If you do not receive an on-screen ‘booking confirmed’ message, then your booking will unfortunately not have gone through. If you have a failed payment attempt, it will take up to 20 minutes for the site to acknowledge your code was unsuccessful, so please keep trying to get back in again. Only a limited number of presale tickets are currently available for the event, and due to overwhelming demand, they can sell out very quickly.
As outlined in our T&Cs, the unique presale code doesn't guarantee tickets, only access for the chance to purchase pre-sale tickets.
